ABB交-交变频提升机国产化改造与应用

Application and Localization Reformed of ABB AC-AC Frequency Converter Hoist Control System

摘要: 矿井提升机作为煤矿生产的主要设备,其安全性与可靠性要求很高。针对城郊矿原交-交变频提升系统存在的不足,采用采用交-直-交变频同步电机驱动与PLC技术相结合的控制方案,对ABB交-交变频提升机进行国产化改造,经现场运行与应用证明,该矿提升系统经国产化改造后运行状况良好,说明该改造方案具有极大的应用与推广价值。

Abstract: The article aims at request of the stability and reliability of the hoist control system in the mine. With the development of power electronic and automation technology, using AC-DC-AC variable frequency synchronous motor drive control scheme combined with the PLC technology, it is a very ideal strategy for ABB AC-AC converter hoist control system. In this paper, the deficiencies of original hoist system in Chengjiao mine, localization transformation of the system by adopting the scheme, the field operation and application proves that the localization reform scheme has great application and popularization value.
